CO- CURRICULAR PROGRAMME
Co-curricular activities facilitate in the development of various domains of mind and personality such as intellectual development, emotional development, social development, moral development and aesthetic development. Creativity, Enthusiasm, and Energetic, Positive thinking are some of the facets of personality development and the outcomes of Co- curricular activities.
The co –curricular activities are inter-related and woven in the curriculum to foster the holistic development of a child.
We at M.K.H. SANCHETI PUBLIC SCHOOL & JR COLLEGE has a mandatory co-curricular programme that fully supports a child’s learning process towards holistic development .
Sports is an integral part of our campus life to ensure good physical growth and development of the students. The program focuses on teaching the young impressionable minds values of discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork and thereby prepares them to face the challenges and failures positively.
Art & Craft
An involvement in Art & Craft helps students to increase academic discipline and provides them with a medium for self expression.
Activities like Clay Modeling, Drawing, Painting etc become a part of this module.
Activities like Vocal , Instrumental , Dramatics and Dance are taken up to help students understand the culture , heritage and traditions of the world.
Activities like Group Discussions, Debates, Elocution, Speeches are taken up so as to generate awareness among the students regarding National & International Issues.
Language Development Programm
We at MKH Sancheti , follow the methodology of Karadi Path for the Language Development Progaramme. Karadi Path methodology is an indigenously developed language learning process that is revolutionising the way language proficiency is achieved in school.
The school library is well stocked with books for students of all classes and age groups and provide a platform to students to explore their areas of interest.
Some of the indoor activities and guest lectures are taken at Narayani Memorial Hall.
