The applicant has to submit the admission form duly filled in all respects along with the
following testimonials:
1. Original birth certificate for new entrants in Kindergarten and Std I
2. Original School leaving certificate of the previous school from class II onwards.
(countersigned by Education Officer for Other State students)
3. True copy of Mark sheet of last class attended (class II onwards)
4. True copy of Aadhar Card
5.True copy of caste certificate (if applicable)
6. Medical Certificate
7. 3 recent passport size-colored photographs.
8. UDISE number of previous school
9.Saral ID & APAAR ID of the student from the previous school (Class II onwards)

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR JUNIOR COLLEGE

1) Original School / College leaving certificate. (countersigned by Education Officer
for Other district students)
2) Original Marksheet of Class X and 2 true copies.
3) Original Migration Certificate (for CBSE / IB / ICSE / IGCSE / Other State Board
students)
4) Passing Certificate (for ICSE/IGCSE students)
5) True copy of Student’s Aadhar Card
6) True copy of Father’s Aadhar Card
7) True copy of Mother’s Aadhar Card
8) Three recent passport Size colored photographs.
