What is SANSTART?

Where strong habits meet confident beginnings — the foundation of lifelong independence.

SANSTART™ is the Life Foundations Lab at MKH Sancheti — a structured, hands-on programme designed for children in their Preparatory Years (Ages 6–11), where they learn the fundamentals of independence and responsibility.

Through carefully crafted, experiential learning, students develop essential life habits — self-care, organisation, hygiene, and basic problem-solving. This programme ensures that children do not just learn what to do, but understand how to do it — consistently and confidently.

SANSTART™ lays the groundwork for everything that follows — because a child who is self-reliant is a child who is ready to learn, grow, and lead.

Understand Why
Guided reflection helps students understand the purpose behind each habit, building intrinsic motivation.

Practise Consistently
Structured daily practice ensures skills are reinforced until they become second nature.

Carry It Forward
Children are encouraged to apply these habits at home, building a bridge between school learning and daily life.
